Cancellation Policy

All efforts are made to fulfill all the placed orders. From our online store, you can buy everything from doxrid pills to any other kinds of prescription meds. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, a certain order is not processed and needs to be canceled. The reasons may range from limitations on quantities available for purchase to stock unavailability to issues identified by the credit or fraud avoidance department. Rest assured, as our customer service will always keep you in the loop. We offer full refunds in genuine cases.

Non-Receipt of Payment

The order is treated as canceled if it is unpaid.

Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation may take place on the immediate intimation of the cancellation notice. In case, you wish to cancel an order, you can get in touch with our customer care service who will cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However, if the order is already process and is shipping, cancellation may not allow. In some cases, it can happen within 12 hours after placing the order.

Refunds

The refund policy is very simple. If the transaction was make through a credit card, the refund would transfer back to the credit card. If it is a check/money order then the check/ money will send back, if the same has not been deposit. These will send only to the billing address of the customer. Refunds are usually process in less than 10 working days. If the payment is make by check or money order; it could take more time for the check to deliver to the billing address, and for the funds to credit to the account after the deposit of the check.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is manage by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
