Order and shipping confirmation
When you placed your order successfully on our website you will receive an email in which you will find the order number and the receipt of the payment. Before placing an order on our website please confirm your address. We are incapable to convey the order once the process of shipping was done. Orders can take 2 to 3 working days to be processed and shipped. When the order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation through email with a tracking number. With this tracking number, you can easily find the location of the order on our website.
If you are not able to track the location of your order call our customer support services anytime to clear your problem within short durations.
We charge a separate fee for every shipment. Shipping cost totally depending on the weight of the package. Taxes are also calculated according to shipping destinations.
In case, if you had received a damaged order or any type of missing order in consignment then we will ship a new package to your address, but for this process we charge a small amount of shipping fee. We will also provide you another package without any shipping charge, if you had not received the order for any reason. But to gain this amenity one should have a legal reason and also under our terms and conditions.
We provide an easy return policy to their customers. One can easily return their products and get refund money back on our website. The return and refund policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. After placing a request to return of product on our website we arrange a courier partner who will come and receive the product from your home. Our quality control team will check the product. Our quality control team checks the product, if the product pass then we go for a refund process.
The process of refund will take place in 2 to 3 working days and you will easily find your refund at your bank account or wallet from where you had ordered your products on our website.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. One will not able to cancel the order by itself on our website. For the cancellation process, you have to email us a request for cancellation. Once the shipping process is done you are not able to cancel the order as thus one should cancel the order before the shipping process is done.
We also, reserve the right to cancel any order without pre-confirmation to the customer at any time.
How I will get my refund for returned or canceled products?
We transfer the refund money back to the bank account where the payment was made during the process of order in case of prepaid orders in a few working days. In case you had not received your refund amount due to any reason call our customer support services to short out the problem instantly.
